ASQ Princeton Section

Approval of Payments to the Section Treasurer

1. It is the policy of the Princeton Section to issue payment directly to the Section Treasurer in situations where the Section incurs a valid expense and the funds are owed to the Section Treasurer, including but not limited to payments issued for reimbursement requests and instructor fees.
2. All payments issued by the Princeton Section to the Section Treasurer must be approved by the Section Chair.
