Newsletter and Website Publishing Policy

 

Introduction:

The purpose of this procedure is to describe the publication and advertisement policy of section’s Newsletter (Quality Focus), and Website.

 

Policy:

  • The Newsletter and Website will provide coverage of the Princeton Section’s events and activities
  • Quality related activities that provide value to membership will be considered for publishing
  • Advertisements that contribute value to members will be accepted using the following rates (The section reserves the right to accept/reject advertisements).
  • The space occupied by advertisements in any issue of the Newsletter (excluding inserts) is not to exceed 25% of the total pages.
  • Specific job postings from prospective Employers will be published in the Newsletter at no charge depending on space availability. Web site posting will also be accepted for a specific vacancy at no charge as long as it meets standard Section format and space availability.  

 

Newsletter Layout:

The Newsletter will be published at least four times in a year. The following is the general content for publication, however the Editor may modify as needed.

  • Chair’s message
  • Editor’s column
  • List of section’s upcoming events
  • Vice chair/committee chair’s activity reports
  • Report of section’s past events
